  • Download or access software necessary for engagement delivery; and

  • Bear any nominal costs or subscription fees associated with tool usage, only after prior discussion and mutual agreement.

AGC will make every reasonable effort to ensure all required tools are accessible, secure, and cost-effective for client use.

5. Third-Party Tools

Our website and services may include links or integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Google Forms, GHL, Calendly). Your use of those tools is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Limitation of Liability
